Bioelements skin care formulas do not contain artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance or parabens - which can irritate and damage skin - and they never test on animals.
Policies
ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your serviceso that you may relax. have a complimentary beverage and complete any forms that may be necessary for your service. If you are late for your appointment, your service time will be shortened so that it will not affect the next appointment.
CANCELLATIONS 8 MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge for each service cancelled. No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of services. Voicemail messages left after business hours will not be considered as 24-hour notice.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover and Gift Certificates to secure appointments. Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from Gift Certificates that were used to secure missed appointments. Returned check fee is $25.
SPA ENVIRONMENT
To preserve the Spa's tranquility, we require that you leave cell phones turned off. Smoking is not permitted in the Spa.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price and is at the discretion of individual guests. Thank you.
ALLERGIES
Guests with an overactive thyroid or iodine sensitivities should avoid our Seaweed-Based Services that use Voya products. For other services, we use oils that are free of parabens, with formulations using certified organic ingredients, and free of nut oils that could cause allergic reaction.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please advise us at the time of booking or prior to your scheduled appointment if you have any specials requests, such as a preference for the gender of your therapist. This will give us time to coordinate plans accordingly and make sure your service experience meets your needs prior to arrival.
COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Before you visit the Spa
Out of respect for the health and safety of our employees, staff and the community, the Spa has implemented the following procedures for your visit:
1) If you have a temperature above 100.4"F, or if you have developed cold or flu-like symptoms or other symptoms suggesting illness, we ask that you reschedule your service appointment,
2) Wearing a face mask for your visit is optional. You may request that your Service Provider wear a mask.
